ANF: Atlanta Children’s Day Shelter receives $2,200 through 3-Degree Guarantee

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Every degree made a difference. During the month of July, with the ANF 3-Degree Guarantee, each time Chief Meteorologist Jennifer Valdez and the Atlanta News First weather team got the forecast within three degrees, $50 was donated to a local nonprofit.

Atlanta Children’s Day Shelter is a local nonprofit that helps families with young children who are experiencing homelessness—build a path to stable housing and self-sufficiency.

Thanks to our partner, Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, who matched each donation, the impact was doubled every time the forecast was spot on.
